Welcome to blumlein records - mobile recording!

My speciality: Highest-quality multitrack live-recordings and sessions in stereo and surround (24 Bit & 44.1-192 kHz) with my mobile, environmentally friendly studio (travelling by bike, train and bus).

I work with large and small ensembles and regularly cover the following events: Alafia, blurred edges, Baritonale, Festival Eigenarten, Hamburger Klangwerktage, Initiative Literatur, International Jewish Music Festival (Amsterdam), Jazzmeile St. Georg, LiederGalerie (Hamburg, Berlin, Wien), festival Oboe (Paris).
Here is the complete listing of my references. The majority of all published CDs has been released with the edition blumlein records.

Besides being occupied with the practical aspects of my work I continually research, publish and lecture on the theory and aesthetics of sound recording.
